86/7/7% Aglianico/Nero d’Avola/Sagrantino. Handpicked and whole-bunch pressed, wild-yeast fermented – the Aglianico in chestnut botte, the Nero d’Avola and Sagrantino in stainless steel. Without doubt one of the few Aussie rosés ever produced from these grapes. Pretty in dusty pink. Earthy, dusty, dried cranberry and cherry aromas move into a lightly floral palate with light spice and a solid acid backbone. Taut and tasty.
