Shimmering pale straw colour. At this quite young age the aromas are fresh though a little shy with a touch of free SO_, lime pith, jasmine and talc powder notes. Then pow! On the first sip there is a burst of concentrated lime juice and chalky-minerality. The finish is dry, crisp and long. There is a juggling act here between the vibrant fruit character and regional sapidity.
