A touch wild and reductive with a fenugreek over green apple, melon and nectarine. It’s a little spicy, with a fairly thick almost cheesy texture, savoury bits and dried herb, firm chalky texture, green apple acidity, and a flavoursome quinine-laced finish of good length. A bit of oomph here, but also stylish and individual.
