Notes
Young vines from Serraboella. Winemaking to ensure freshness and have the wine ready for a younger release than the rest of the wines made here – brought up for just 10 months, half of which is in old cask and the balance in stainless steel. A slightly drier and warmer vintage than average, but one that has produced wines with pure and lifted aromatics. The vibrancy of young vine material seems to accentuate the character of the vintage.
