100% Chardonnay, fermented in old oak barrels ranging from 350-600 litres for 10 months and bottles infined & unfiltered. Aged on lees under natural cork for 4 years prior to disgorging and finished with 2.5 g/l dosage.
“=Les Tartieres et Les Porgeons 1er Cru- sites side by side – mixed at the press. 2018 provided some nice yields according to Jean-Marc and these sites have deeper soil, with chalk further down and more limestone.
