2021 André Bonhomme Viré-Clessé Thurissey

This wine comes from the Epinet area located in the northern part of the Viré Clessé estate. The exposure is full east and the soil consists of red clays dotted with small white limestone on the surface. This is one of the oldest plots of the estate, planted in 1923. The venerable age of these Chardonnays and this exceptional terroir give rise to dense and complex wines.

The slow and natural winemaking takes place in oak barrels thanks to indigenous yeasts and bacteria for a total development time of 24 months.
