The Chenin des Rouillères was born in 2009, on a particular land at the eastern end of the Anjou appellation but also at the western border of the Saint-Nicolas-de-Bourgueil appellation. Sandy-gravelly in nature, a white clay subsoil stands out in depth. A Chenin of pure expression, entirely faithful to its vintage, its terroir and its master. Very low dose of sulphur, it is the immediate reflection of the grape. This Chenin adapts to all situations and even if all the winds are opposite, it will never let you down.

Aged in vats, this wine reflects the pure expression of whole bunches of Chenin. The yeasts are indigenous and the sulphites are minimal – Nathalie, Charly and Rémy Mabileau
