The 2023 blonde by nature is a blend of Grúner Veltliner, Pinot Blanc, some Chardonnay and a mere touch of Sauvignon Blanc. An insistent peachiness blends with melon and lemon and the merest touch of passionfruit, shining and bright, almost as in a peach sorbet. A white wine that justifies the name BLONDE BY NATURE requires a few days of maceration, during which the pigments are extracted from the skins, revealing colour shades that may seem rather unusual – in our case, by the way, a rather muted blond, which is due to the fact that the BLONDE BY NATURE was not filtered.
Agile, light-hearted and vibrant. A summer wine with depth. Combines juicy, yellow fruit with herbal aromas and chalky notes. Scores on the palate with elegance and freshness. The acidity directs and gives direction, a delicate tannin structure supports it. The texture is compact, but at the same time conveys lightness. The finish is vital, fruity and animating.
