100% Vermentino from vineyards at around 250m above sea level, within the municipality of Terricciola (Casanova), where the soil is sandy and rich in marine sediments and which gives the Vermentino an incredibly aromatic profile. Exposure is south east with an area of 37 acres. Alcoholic fermentation with natural yeasts and aged for about 4 months on its lees in stainless steel tanks.
The wine is light straw yellow in colour, hints of citrus, chamomile flowers and ripe pineapple. On the palate, it is fresh and refined, with delicate notes of aromatic herbs and a mineral undertone. The finish is clean and crisp. – La Spinetta
