Thierry Fournier ‘Reserve’ Brut
The layered and textured Pinot Meunier dominant ‘Reserve Brut’ is described by Julien and Justine as a ‘photograph’ of the domaine. This is now our second shipment of this incredible Reserve, based on the 2017 harvest. It is Pinot Meunier dominant, with 10% Chardonnay, 10% Pinot Noir (the planting proportions of the vineyards) as well as 40% reserve wines coming primarily from the previous 2 harvests. Tiraged the following year and the wine was disgorged in 2024 having spent the best part of 5 years on lees.
