Help hospo with our first restaurant collab pack

How would you like to help yourselves to some of the world’s best wines – while also helping your favourite restaurants to stay healthy in what has been a deeply challenging time for the hospitality industry?

In the first of a series of restaurant collaboration packs, we’ve teamed up with Lord Cardigan to put together this awesomely eclectic and enticing six-pack.

As well as offering special six-pack pricing to you, we’re handing 20% of the proceeds from sales of this product back to the restaurant.

CellarHand was founded by a sommelier and is a business largely built on partnerships in Australia’s world-class restaurant scene. We’re immensely proud of these friendships – honoured, in fact to be part of the hospitality ecosystem – which makes it devastating to witness the hardships suffered by this cornerstone of Australian culture.

So we want to celebrate and support these champions.

Lord Cardigan in Albert Park is the brainchild of wife-and-husband team Dominique Bolger and John Singer. Established in 2007, it’s been a partner of ours from the outset. It’s firmly entrenched in the affections of Melbourne’s diners as a restaurant imbued with a mood of quiet indulgence. Dominique’s warmth and affable style front-of house are the perfect pairing for John’s thoughtful and beautifully presented dishes.

Dominique curates a dynamic and ever-changing list, and she’s selected the following gems to share with you.

In addition to the wines, you’ll receive a recipe card for Lord Cardigan’s pink-roasted duck breast with truffled polenta, roasted beetroots and sprouts and truffled white wine jus, which Dominique says goes down a treat with the G.D. Vajra Barbera d’Alba.
