Notes
The Chardonnay was hand picked in early March 2022 at 12.0 Baume after a long, cool ripening period. Whole bunch pressed and barrel fermented with half wild ferment and half AWRI 1375 yeast (18% new oak) and 11 months lees contact. The wine has an aromatic nose of white peach and jasmine, which complements a complex palate of lemon, chamomile and almost kernel. There was 34 barrique produced.
