After a selective harvest this wine ferments and ages in traditional French oak barrels on the full lees until the following summer.
Bright yellow and slightly cloudy from the yeast. Intense perfume of ripe yellow fruit, combined with warm spices from the ageing in barrique barrels. Tightly structured on the palate, that is carried by a salty minerality of the limestone terroir. Full-bodied and creamy finish that lingers on the palate for minutes. – Georg Rieser
