Notes
The Pinot Noir fruit was hand-picked and whole bunch pressed. Pale salmon coloured juice was fermented cool in stainless steel tanks, to preserve freshness and purity. A small portion of Pinot Noir wine is included in the liqueur d’expedition, adding richness and complexity. This wine spent 44 months on lees. – Liam McElhinney, Lowestoft Estate
