Pale-to-medium raspberry hue, pink rim. The 2015 Wildenstein shocked some critics with its high level of acidity, but Gault-Millau Germany gave it 100 points! 2016 has some deliciously mouth-watering fruit, redcurrants and cherries, acidity delivering great vibrancy, salty minerality and fine spices add complexity. Great substance and length add up to class.
