Honeysuckle, lime leaf, green mango, mandarin peel and wet slate leap from the glass, and it gently tugs on the tongue with succulent acidity. There’s no mistaking the raciness and intensity here, but brightness and juiciness carry it through to a snappy, almost tonic-like finish that leaves you wanting more. It’s a gem.
