It’s not short on flavour and it’s not neutral but still it’s the texture here that draws you in. It’s more than just grapey or creamy; it’s engaging in itself. There are stonefruit, stone and herb flavours here, along with beeswax and floral aspects, the grip of the finish judged exactly so. This is really quite terrifically well put together and at $33 is a tip-top drinking/buying option. So much clean, dry character here.
